Redeem your gift card 🎁

You are the lucky recipient of a Fabrique des Lumières gift card! On this page, you can redeem it for a ticket with a specific date and start time.

FOLLOW THESE 2 STEPS:

  1. Check the Gift card number on your gift card.

    Does your gift card number start with CADEAU ?
    Select 1 ticket type you need under the "Gift Cards - Fabrique des Lumières" option below.

    Does your gift card number start with GIFT ?
    Check the ticket type on your gift card that's listed under ''Value''. Select exactly the same ticket type as listed under 'Value' on this gift card.
    For example: "Adult" or "Gift card Fabrique des Lumières - Adult".

  2. Next, enter your gift card number and click on "Check". After successfully redeeming the card, €0,- will appear at the bottom of the screen. In the next step, you can choose the date and start time.

One gift card per order

  • If you have one gift card for 1 or more tickets, you can redeem it in a single order.  
  • If you have multiple separate gift cards, you will need to complete the order multiple times. Only one gift card can be redeemed per order.
